Refund and Return Policy

At Amish Crafted Goods, all of our furniture is handcrafted to order by skilled Amish artisans. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure the integrity of our process and protect the time and materials invested in every piece.

  1. All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

Most of our products are made-to-order and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  1. Cancellations
  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total, depending on the stage of production.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all items prior to delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the damaged part or item
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit toward a future purchase

We reserve the right to request return of the item or damaged portion prior to any resolution.

  1. Shipping Delays

Lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Because each piece is handcrafted, production or delivery may take longer than expected. Delays due to weather, material shortages, or shipping carriers are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

  1. Final Sale Items

Clearance, promotional, and “Deal of the Day” items are final sale and may not be returned or refunded under any circumstance.

  1. Return Shipping

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, packaging, and any restocking fee (up to 25%).
